ELEVI is a curated digital cinema platform operated by Studio Tre Cime, a company registered in the State of Colorado, United States of America. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Studio Tre Cime is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

For users located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, or Spain, Studio Tre Cime acts as a data controller as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national implementing legislation.

Information you provide directly:

When you register for or use the Services, we collect the following personal data: full name, email address, billing address, country, state, and postal code, payment information including credit card data processed securely through our payment provider, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Information collected automatically:

When you interact with the Services, we may automatically collect certain technical data including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and content viewed, entry and exit pages, time and date stamps, Internet service provider (ISP), and approximate geographic location derived from IP address.

This technical data is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the Services.

Payment information:

Payment card data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored directly on our systems. We retain only the information necessary to manage your subscription, including the last four digits of your card and its expiry date.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not serve advertising through the Services and do not use your viewing data to sell advertising to third parties.

Contractual necessity: Processing required to provide the Services you have subscribed to, including account management and payment processing.

Platform infrastructure providers: ELEVI is hosted on the Uscreen platform. Data processed through the Services may be subject to Uscreen's data processing terms.


Analytics providers: We use analytics tools to understand how the Services are used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or others.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the Company's assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in accordance with applicable law.


6. International Data Transfers

ELEVI is operated from the United States. All data is stored on servers located in the United States.

For users located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions, your personal data is transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards. Where required by applicable law, such transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission, or under equivalent transfer mechanisms recognised by the relevant supervisory authority.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.


7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will retain your personal data for a period of thirty (30) days following deletion, after which it will be permanently removed from our systems.

We may retain certain data for longer periods where required by applicable law or for the purposes of resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.

When you register for the Services, you will receive transactional communications related to your account. These are necessary for the operation of your membership and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

With your consent, we may also send you programme updates, event invitations, new title announcements, and other communications related to ELEVI. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@studio3cime.com.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect the delivery of transactional emails related to your account, subscription, or purchases.


12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed at children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen. If you believe that a child under thirteen has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@studio3cime.com and we will take steps to delete such data promptly.


13. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including FilmFreeway and social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
